Try your F’Latté for 30 days!
Hesitating to order a F’Latté because you’ve never heard of an alternative to nursing pads?
01. No more hesitation
02. You have 30 days
03. So there’s no risk!
If it isn’t right for you, return it to us clean and dry within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
How does it work?
1) Order your F’Latté from our website.
2) Wear and test it in real-life conditions for 30 days.
3) If it isn’t love at first sight, you can return your F’Latté — clean, dry and in perfect condition* — through our returns portal.
Within a maximum of 15 days of receiving your parcel, we will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery charges.
* The bra will then be sent to a textile recycling centre to be reprocessed into raw material.
For unworn bras: you can also return one or more F’Latté bras from the same order that you haven’t worn. Please make sure they are clearly separated inside the same parcel.
Remember to return them in their original packaging.
What are the conditions?
You can return the bra you tested within 30 days of purchase, with the postmark as proof. After this deadline, the trial offer will no longer be valid.
Your 30-day trial is completely free and valid for your very first order on f-latte.com and for your first leakproof nursing bra only.
This offer applies only to one previously worn leakproof nursing bra from your first order. No additional worn bras can be returned for an exchange or refund. You may, however, return the other bras from your order if they have never been worn in real-life conditions.
Log in to your Hive returns portal using your order number and department number to arrange the return. You can also email us at delphine@f-latte.com to tell us what wasn’t right. Your feedback is invaluable to us.
